About Paie
A management consultancy founded by Marcelo Hamu Almeida in 2020, working with companies in Brazil and abroad. Senior experience close to operations, a senior network and a lean structure.
Marcelo started in consulting at Deloitte and Accenture, working on governance and risk. He then opened and scaled operations at technology companies in Brazil: 99's cities in Brasília, Cuiabá and Campo Grande, Gympass's government vertical, Rappi's restaurant region and Favo's sales and support team across Latin America.
Since 2020, through Paie, he has led strategy, governance and go-to-market projects and served as C-level as a Service, interim executive and board member for companies in Brazil and the United States.
